Being a writer myself, I have always loved words, great sentences, I adore metaphors and languages. I am a polyglot.
I also love to correspond with fellow or would be authors. I think everyone has a book in them. Their magnum opus. This is one of the inspirations for this blog’s creation.
When writing my first book it was a tough experience in the sense that there wasn’t anyone near me that had experience of writing anything other than a betting slip. I have a crazy friend in New Zealand who is a very productive author and it was great having the “odd kick up the bum” when needed. (Take a bow Brian Morris!)
So I felt that after having done a few e-books, I would set up a blog for like-minded people, who are positive, creative and may help with a words of advice. Those who will share experiences and any useful tips to help us all get the best from each other.
The ebook sector has been rated as being a $10 Billion industry and as such, there are a tidal wave of emails flooding inboxes trying to part writers away from their money.
I have seen people offering to create ebook covers for $99 and that is just one example I have seen, and there are many others which I would love to hear about.
Maybe gathering such data can help us avoid the traps and snares which are abound.

There are many ways to do things and sometimes we may not always get around to it, but if and when we do, having the full details and possible methods at our disposal should make the effort that we do as good as it possibly can be.
